Hints of vanilla spice on the nose, with flat and intense fruit on the palate, the tannins are soft and silky with remarkable length on the palate.
Our Cannonau comes from a single vineyard located in the vicinity of Mamoiada, about 750 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested only by hand around mid-October, and the wine aged for 12 months in French oak, either Barrique or Tonneaux.

Cantine Jankara’s Jankara is one of the excellences that the land of Gallura has been able to give us in recent years: a Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore vinified exclusively in steel, of great minerality and finesse and with an astonishing ability to defy time. The name of the wine-and the winery-is derived from the crasis of the place names of the two vineyards owned by the winery, that of Jannaca and that of Karana.
