Remarkable cherry scent, fine vanilla on the nose, ripe fruit on the palate. Harmonious tannin and wood impressions. Strong body, cherry sensation to the finish.
After malolactic fermentation, Barbera rests for 18 months in large wooden barrels, barriques and stainless steel tanks. It is bottled unadorned and unfiltered.
The age of the grapes is between 25 and 40 years.
