Vintages

The vintages shown on our website are those that our suppliers tell us they have in stock. A change of wine vintage is possible without communication. We advise the customer who wants a specific vintage to get in touch with us and send us a request. We will inform and confirm or not confirm the precise vintage for sale at the time of request.

Contestation of bottled wines by default

In case of a defect in the bottled wine, the customer is required to keep the defective bottle corked with the original cork, with all its contents (as far as possible. Ev. spilled glasses are to be put back in the bottle) and to contact Cantine-Shop immediately at info@cantine-shop.ch or at +4176/336.25.07. Cantine-Shop will contact the supplier with the customer for all appropriate arrangements. Cantine-Shop is in no way responsible for the development of the case and any decisions made by the supplier. According to the Swiss Wine Trade Association, defective bottles will be replaced only in the case of wine of any origin but bottled in Switzerland, and in any case within one year of purchase. Foreign wines bottled abroad will neither be replaced nor refunded. Notification of any defects or faults must be made within 8 days of collection or receipt of the goods.

Items on promotion or sale are not refunded.

Shipping method and charges

Cantine-Shop sends the goods via Swiss Post’s Vinolog service. For some locations in the Locarno region, it makes delivery through its own deliveryman, following agreement with customer.

If free pickup is chosen, the customer will be contacted by phone directly by Cantine-Shop as soon as their order is ready.

Shipping/delivery rates charged to the customer are shown on the order summary at Check-Out.

If the package is broken or tampered with, we urge the customer not to accept the delivery and to contact us immediately at info@cantine-shop.ch or +4176/336.25.07

Online sales take place only in Switzerland.

Cantine-Shop is an exclusively online wine store, with no warehouse holding. As soon as we receive your order we forward it to our suppliers. For most suppliers, the goods are delivered to us within 5 working days, and within an additional 2 working days we will send you the ordered goods. For other suppliers, delivery times are extended to about 10 days.

Cantine-Shop assumes no responsibility for any delays in delivery.

If you have urgency or need information regarding the supply of certain products, please contact us before placing your order online.

Fast Delivery: for some products we have the ability to get them to your door within 3-4 business days (Mo-Fr). This delivery time is calculated as follows: 1 day for order processing and 2-3 days for shipping via La Posta VinoLog service. 
Locarno and surrounding areas we personally deliver within 1-2 working days.

If your order also contains normal delivery items, they will be shipped/delivered all together by normal procedure (no fast delivery)
