Soft pink enlivened by a very fine perlage. Very obvious notes of flowers, strawberry, raspberry and aromatic sensations. On the palate it is deliciously pulpy, savory, fresh firm in structure but with an elegantly soft and richly fruity finish.
the Pinot Noir that has reached maturity is placed in the bottle, where, after sugaring and the immediate addition of yeast, it completes re-fermentation. Having completed this process that originates the characteristic froth, maturation on the lees follows, which lasts about 36 months
Five generations of farmers who learned to watch the sky and deal with the unpredictability of weather and natural events. In 1790 we find the first written record in church records of the birth of John, progenitor of the Galliano family, an enterprising, tenacious, brilliant man; a proud son of his land. It was 1850 when he decided to purchase the first lands in the municipality of Loazzolo. John had traveled extensively, which enabled him to broaden his horizons and to believe in vine cultivation.
