Vignamato’s IgT marche bianco is a 100% bruni ( verdicchio-sauvignon) crossbreed. Soft pressing, static decantation of the free-run must, fermentation in steel tanks, followed by a short soak on the fermentation lees. All steps are carried out away from oxygenation, in environments saturated with inert gas to preserve primary and secondary aromas.
