Timorasso Derthona

Golden yellow color, intense and complex aroma of ripe pears, quinces, peaches in combination with floral nuances. On the palate it shows a good body with moderate alcohol and good acid structure.
The yellow fruit is accompanied by a mineral note, which intensifies after about five years of bottle aging.

Indigenous Timorasso vine, it is hand-picked, cold macerated for one night and then softly pressed. Gentle fermentation for four weeks in various stainless steel tanks, large wooden and ceramic barrels. The white wine matures in these jars for 10 months on fine lees, regularly stirred (battonage)
