Beautiful full straw color, evident greenish reflections when young; very fresh nose with perceptions of lime, hazelnut and ripe banana; mouthfeel is structured with good balance. Delicate aftertaste reminiscent of the olfactory scents and confirming a personality of its own.
Amidst a succession of woods, muscat vines and hazelnut crops, we reach the productive heart of our farm: Crevoglio. A right mixture of marls from Cessole and sandstones from Serravalle Scrivia make this small viticultural area extraordinary for raising and producing Chardonnay grapes in the Loazzolo area. This vineyard planted in the early 1980s has now reached a high quality production that originates a wine with exclusively varietal characters.
Five generations of farmers who learned to watch the sky and deal with the unpredictability of weather and natural events. In 1790 we find the first written record in church records of the birth of John, progenitor of the Galliano family, an enterprising, tenacious, brilliant man; a proud son of his land. It was 1850 when he decided to purchase the first lands in the municipality of Loazzolo. John had traveled extensively, which enabled him to broaden his horizons and to believe in vine cultivation.
