An intense, flowery and fruity adventure!

Tamborini’s SanZeno Viognier was born out of a passion and desire to try our hand at grape varieties that are not typical of the Ticino and Swiss territory, to stimulate the taste buds of our friends and customers.

We are convinced that we have taken the right path. SanZeno Viognier is the result of traditional vinification in steel and aging in French Tonneau oak (500 lt) for about 12 months.

COLOR

Straw yellow with slight greenish hues, clear and bright

PERFUME

Intense, persistent and complex, floral notes of acacia flowers and lily of the valley followed by fruity aromas of apricot and gooseberry, well integrated into the sweet wood notes

TASTE

Excellent structure, rich, return of aromas even on the palate, intense and persistent. It will surely be a growth over the years

It is a special story that has been 75 years old and involved three generations. It is the story of sun, rain, wind and grapes ripening south of the Alps in a peculiar territory.
