Rotari was born in the heart of the Dolomites, where the mountain climate, the care of the vineyards, and the dedication of our winemakers to the selection and manual harvesting of the grapes result in fresh, fragrant, complex and pleasant sparkling wines that reflect the characteristics of the soil. Rotari Rosè is made from Chardonnay grapes (70%) and Pinot Noir grapes (30%) from selected vineyards in northern Trento.

The subsequent winemaking process, following the rules of the Metodo Classico, allows to increase the intensity of the Chardonnay and the aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir. Aging on the lees lasts more than 28 months.

Color: light pink Bouquet: elegant, fruity, persistent, with intense notes of red fruits and roses. Taste: fresh, crisp, velvety, with the elegant floral character of Pinot Noir. Good structure with notes of sweet almond and currants. Perlage: fine and persistent.

Between history and legend, Rotari is named after the Lombard king Rotari, who fought some of the most important battles in the conquest of Italy in Trentino Alto Adige. Rotari grows its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in Trentino, an unspoiled environment with an ideal mountain climate to produce complex, elegant and refined Trentodoc sparkling wines with aromas unrepeatable elsewhere. Rotari follows the ancient and refined production technique of the Metodo Classico, strong in the vocation of the Trentino territory and its winemaking tradition, as also guaranteed by the prestige of the Trentodoc seal. A sparkling wine
Trentodoc is ideal as an aperitif, but also the perfect companion to the finest Mediterranean cuisine.
