The elegant power of pure Chardonnay is enhanced by long bottle aging.

Brut blanc de blancs with an intense and elegant bouquet of ripe yellow fruit with hints of hazelnut and a sweet touch of vanilla. With more than 36 months of aging on lees, this sparkling wine offers great balance between structure and acidity with a pleasant freshness and a mineral finish.

Between history and legend, Rotari is named after the Lombard king Rotari, who fought some of the most important battles in the conquest of Italy in Trentino Alto Adige.
