A beautiful basic champagne that suits any occasion
Golden color. Elegant fruity nose with fine brioche aromas. Full body. On the palate, wonderful mousse, fruits such as blackberries and raspberries are present. There is a hint of citrus. A cuvée composed of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay.
Golden appearance, full body, fruity nose, these are the basics of this champagne. On the palate the champagne has a wonderful topo, fruits such as blackberries and raspberries are present. There is also easily a hint of citrus notes coming from the Chardonnay.
Classically expanded. Some of the wine is aged in barrels. It will be kept for at least 3 years.

First-class Champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to Grand Cru status, and in 1929 its inhabitants founded the winegrowers’ cooperative. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
