Prosecco millesimato has a medium straw yellow color and a fine, permanent perlage. Its intense fragrance comes with notes of pears, apples, lemons and elderflower. The prelude on the palate is fresh and invigorating with a soft mousse. The dry finish is supported by a fruity-spicy aroma.

Only the best hand-picked grapes are used for vintage prosecco and fermented in stainless steel tanks after a soft pressing. Foaming takes place according to the Charmat process in steel autoclaves, which gives it a very fine and persistent perlage.
