A wonderful champagne that goes with any occasion
Golden color. Elegant fruity nose with fine brioche aromas. Full body. On the palate, wonderful mousse, fruits such as blackberries and raspberries are present. There is a hint of citrus.
A cuvée composed of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Classically expanded. The Grand Cru base wine is partially barrel fermented and blended with reserve wines that are more than ten years old. It will be kept for at least three years.
Awards: Wine Spectator, 91 points
First-class Champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to Grand Cru status, and in 1929 its inhabitants founded the winegrowers’ cooperative. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
