Mycorhize is a symbiosis of fungi and plants. In the vineyard, mushrooms settle in the root system of the vines and supply them precious nutrients.
This vineyard is cultivated only with horses so as not to compact the soil.

The extra dry flatterer looks very cool at first. Then the complex bouquet opens, which tastes of walnut, truffle and nougat on the palate.

A champagne made from 100% Chardonnay from vines of 60 years which matures on the lees for three years.

VEGAN ORGANIC WINE
Erick de Sousa produces refined champagne from wines of 8.5 hectares of land. It is at home in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and most of the vineyards have Grand Cru status. Two thirds of the vines are over 40 years old. They are gradually converting to biodynamic cultivation.
