Monsieur Gin pays tribute to legendary bartender Jerry Thomas. He was the editor of the first cocktail book How to Mix Drinks. The Monsieur impresses with a classic gin profile of juniper and lemon. Incredible aromas of herbs and spices with a fine vanilla sweetness.

Lemon, orange, tanacetus, citrus root, cinnamon and cassia are cold macerated in a juniper distillate made from wild juniper berries (Umbria and Tuscany). A gentle filtration follows to preserve the aromas in their intense abundance. It is produced in small batches of less than 3,000 bottles.

The Professor’s Vermouth is made manually from Italian grapes, there is only a

very limited quantity each year

. White Professor’s Vermouth is composed of wines from the Moscato delle Langhe appellation, thirteen different spices and the finest sugar.
