Sipsmith Sloe Gin is an intense, smooth, fruity and slightly sweet distillate made by steeping blackthorn berries for at least 3 months in classic London Dry. It has aromas of berries, cherries, almonds and marzipan and a round, warm, juicy and very fruity taste.

Infusion in alcohol of juniper berries from Macedonia, orange and lemon peel, bitter almond and licorice roots from Spain, cinnamon from Madagascar, cassia bark from China, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, and iris root from Italy. With maceration of blackthorn berries (sloe berries) in the distillate for 3 to 4 months

Founded in 2009 by Fairfax, Jared and Sam, the company produces the first and currently only gin made in London in the former garage of beer and whiskey author Michael Jackson. Gin, vodka and Summer Cup liqueur are distilled on a small copper still designed by renowned systems manufacturer Christian Carl.
