Perfect balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness. Light golden yellow, with fruity and floral aromas of ripe quince with subtle hints of sour wine. The soft gin liqueur reveals notes of juniper and spice and seems streamlined and fresh.
Master distiller Andreas Vallendar combines hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken winery with more than 30 finely tuned botanicals from the winery’s vineyards and cultivation.
