The Hayman family has been making classic gin at their distillery in London since 1863 under the motto “True English Gin Style.” Even in the fifth generation, a different line of gin is produced here than the modern, publicized gins.
Exceptionally fruity taste experience with a bittersweet fruitiness.
In its three copper stills, Marjorine, Karin and Miranda, the various gins are created after a two-day march. Only 100% English wheat is used, which is considered mild and very neutral. For Sloe Gin, carefully selected English wild sloes are macerated in Hayman’s Gin for several months.
Christoph Haymann distills gin from a passion he inherited from his great-grandfather James Burrough. He created Beefeater gin in the early 19th century. Until 1980 Christoph controlled its production. He is one of the best gin masters and has been involved in many recipes. Hayman’s reflects Christoph’s traditional style, using only the best ingredients.
