The blend of herbs and spices such as juniper, lemons, oranges, tanaceto, white turmeric, cinnamon, and cassia creates an unusual and surprisingly warm and intense product.
Very intensely floral and tart with a strong juniper berry effect. Pleasantly warm and aromatic in taste, resinous and floral notes give it an elegant personality.
Madame Gin embodies the Italian herbal tradition: juniper, lemon, orange, tanaceto, cinnamon, cassia, white turmeric. Made from a mixture of liqueurs and infusions. Long aging gives it its characteristic amber color.
The Professor’s Vermouth is made manually from Italian grapes, there is only a
very limited quantity each year
. White Professor’s Vermouth is composed of wines from the Moscato delle Langhe appellation, thirteen different spices and the finest sugar.
