Alcoholic fermentation in Inox barrels, long maceration.

After malolactic fermentation aging in new Barriques for 18 months.

Tasting notes: ruby red color, tending to brick, very intense. Notes of coffee and cassis on the nose. Nice attack, very long, tannins very present, but balanced and ripe. Recommended for pairing with long-cooked meats, cured meats and aged cheeses.

We want to cultivate the vines so that we have quality grapes; after that it is just a matter of not spoiling what nature generously gives us. Our wines reflect the quality of the grapes and reflect the qualities of the vintage. We have little technology in the winery; just enough to proceed with wine-making that is impeccable from an enological point of view. Each year is different, with its own peculiarities and merits. We put heart and passion into it with the aim of producing a wine that we like above all because we would never sell a wine that we ourselves would not be ready to buy.
