Exclusively from Merlot grapes, Bordeaux-style winemaking. After malo-lactic fermentation maturation in second and third passage barriques for about 12 months depending on organoleptic development. The wine is very pleasant on the nose, with scents of chestnut and leather. Good attack, but at the same time softness and fatness on the palate as well as good persistence. Ruby color, notes of coffee and chestnut on the nose. Good attack, balanced and persistent.

We want to cultivate the vines so that we have quality grapes; after that it is just a matter of not spoiling what nature generously gives us. Our wines reflect the quality of the grapes and reflect the qualities of the vintage. We have little technology in the winery; just enough to proceed with wine-making that is impeccable from an enological point of view. Each year is different, with its own peculiarities and merits. We put heart and passion into it with the aim of producing a wine that we like above all because we would never sell a wine that we ourselves would not be ready to buy.
