It has finally arrived, the successor to Collection 1! The best Malbec grapes from the Luján de Cuyo region (1,000 meters above sea level) are harvested in small 13-kg boxes and then macerated and microvinified in a very special way in French oak barrels. The wooden barrels are manually rolled back and forth 5 times a day so that the juice combines optimally with the wood and the extraction of the grapes is perfect. The wine then matures in new barriques for 18 months. It is then bottled and aged in the bottle for 5 years.
