Intense dark red in the glass. Aromas of roses and a light wood scent on the nose. A pleasantly round wine with excellent tannins and balanced acidity. A wine that can be stored for 15-25 years and gets better every year .
After fermentation, the wine is stored in French oak barrels for 12 months (50% new and 50% old). Another 12 months in 25 hl wooden barrels follow.

We have been wine producers since 1930. Over the past twenty years we have embarked on a journey to make our agriculture more sustainable for the environment, which led us to obtain organic certification in 2015.
Together with Enrico Crippa, chef, we are the founding members of the Piazza Duomo restaurant, the only three Michelin stars in Piedmont.
We are patrons of the arts, nougat producers, storytellers, wine sellers.
We are animated by an eclectic curiosity that knows no boundaries, but there is always a method in our madness: everything is in the name of the Langhe.
