At a height of 895 meters you can almost touch the stars and shape the clouds. The evening air is intense and fragrant. And the sun illuminates the earth in all its splendor. This is where Celeste, the Torres family’s first Ribera del Duero wine, was born! Approximately 15-20 days on the must to obtain additional aromas and color, then temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks lasts about 1 week. Celeste Crianza is then aged for 12 months in French and American wooden barrels (20 percent new wood). Before marketing, it refines in the bottle for another 12 months.
