Chase’s driest gin.
Dry juniper and spicy citrus notes on the nose, warm and spicy undertones. On the palate first dark chocolate and citrus, followed by cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Made from a vodka base with botanicals such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, coriander, licorice, almonds and lemon. The goal was to create a gin that was as dry as possible, which we managed to do.
Chase is a single estate distillery founded by William Chase in 2008. With a handmade copper filler cap, the family distills award-winning Chase Vodka and Williams Gin from apples. Limited specialties are Rhubarb Vodka and Late Harvest Raspberry Vodka.
