A grand Amarone with explosive force in the mouth: its fragrance quickly achieves an ethereal, spicy joy against a background of cocoa and licorice. It is deeply communicative and has immense power and perseverance. A wine that speaks out loud! Complete and penetrating, it envelops the palate to soothe and seduce the taste buds….. The winery’s philosophy is to use young vines whose grapes are dried for three months and mature in barrels for three years. At its peak, but for most patients, know that this gem still has some left under its feet…

The Romano Dal Forno farm was established in Venice in 1957 and falls under the Valpolicella appellation. With 12 hectares of high-density vineyards (11,000 feet per hectare), the winery produces 3 exceptional cuvées: a Valpolicella Superiore, an intense and aromatic wine; a structured and elegant Amarone; and an opulent and compact Vigna Serè. The quest for quality that the company has been pursuing for 30 years has enabled it to establish itself worldwide, and today we are proud to have it among our offerings.
