This is where Celeste, the Torres family’s first Ribera del Duero wine, was born! Approximately 15-20 days on the must to obtain additional aromas and color, then temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks lasts about 1 week. Celeste Crianza is then aged for 12 months in French and American wooden barrels (20 percent new wood). Before marketing, it refines in the bottle for another 12 months.
