Characteristic juniper complemented by elderflower and mallow, woodruff and cucumber. Delicate, fresh and floral dry gin.
Flowers and herbs are grown on Berlin’s arable land and harvested by hand. Because of the limited harvest, annual production is limited. The gin is filtered 7 times and each bottle is hand-filled and numbered.
Vincent Honrodt founded the company in 2009. His great-grandfather was already distilling fine liquor for his family, friends and employees. The tradition should continue, now distilling wheat and gin-only in Berlin and only with ingredients from the surrounding area.
