With Jinzu, a gin with yuzu and cherry blossom, Dee Davies, a young British bartender, has created a complex spirit that combines her passions for Japan and Britain through the flora of these two countries. With sake core for a softer finish, Jinzu brings classic cocktails and modern drinks an aromatic and unexpected note.
Jinzu is a sophisticated gin that stands out from the crowd with its unique composition.
In addition to the obligatory juniper and other botanicals, Jinzu gin is refined with yuzu, an Asian citrus fruit, and sake, a world-famous Japanese rice wine. This results in an unusual and yet extremely harmonious interplay of aromas.
The recipe for its production was heavily influenced by the East Asian region, mainly Japan.
In addition to the typical juniper, there is also a citrusy freshness of yuzu. The scent of sake completes the play of flavors.
