“Springo Blue” from Cantina Le Manzane is a Prosecco Superiore Millesimato.

Platinum straw color, with fine perlage. The nose immediately expresses apple, lily of the valley, wisteria and botanicals of sage and thyme, cedar, orange and mineral hints of pumice. Fresh and savory in the mouth, with creamy, subtle carbonics that bring back the fruit heard on the nose, with citrus tending to dominate. Persistent.

Foaming in small autoclaves with a re-fermentation of about 40 days at a temperature of 14°C. Further rest on the lees for 2 months with periodic raising of the lees. Subsequent bottle aging of 40 days before release to the market.
