A delicate champagne composed of 100% Pinot Noir from the best Mailly Grand Cru plots such as les Crayats, Coutures and Chalois.
Nose of fresh spices complemented by a hint of violets and the engaging scent of underbrush and fern. Pleasant and delicately sweet notes of yellow fruits, especially vineyard peaches.

First-class Champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to Grand Cru status, and in 1929 its inhabitants founded the winegrowers’ cooperative. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
