Enjoy this non-alcoholic white wine variant with typical lime and citrus aromas and surprising notes of rhubarb, red apple and a slight minerality. In terms of taste, the Eins-Zwei-Zero convinces with a nice acid structure, lightness and freshness.

100% Riesling grapes from our vineyards are gently crushed and fermented at cool temperatures. The wine is then gently dealcoholized using state-of-the-art winery technology. In the vacuum evaporator, the wine is brought to a maximum of 27°C, evaporating the alcohol it contains. Because of the low boiling temperature of the vacuum alcohol, important ingredients and flavors as well as the aroma of the wine are largely preserved.

The winemaking history of the Leitz family of Rüdesheim dates back to 1744. The winery is one of the best in Germany. It is nice that they also have an alcohol-free Riesling.
