Enjoy this non-alcoholic white wine variant with typical lime and citrus aromas and surprising notes of rhubarb, red apple and a slight minerality. In terms of taste, the Eins-Zwei-Zero convinces with a nice acidic structure, lightness and freshness.

100% Riesling grapes from our vineyards are gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures. The wine is then gently dealcoholised using state-of-the-art winery technology. In the vacuum evaporator, the wine is brought to a maximum of 27°C, evaporating the alcohol it contains. Due to the low boiling temperature of the vacuum-sealed alcohol, the important ingredients and flavors as well as the scent of the wine are largely preserved.

The history of viticulture of the Leitz family of Rüdesheim dates back to 1744. The winery is one of the best in Germany. It’s nice that they also have an alcohol-free Riesling.
