The color is rich and bright burgundy red. With the Quattromani, the four best Ticino winemakers create a first-rate colossus of Merlot every year. The scent is intense and fruity. Grapes from selected old vines are pressed separately by each producer. Different tastings, meticulously carried out, decide the final assembly. Particular attention is paid to the balance between the different characters of the four cultivation regions. The Quattromani is aged in new French oak barrels for over 16 months.

The grapes come from four different Ticino regions . From the Mendrisiotto of Brivio Vini SA, from the Luganese of Tamborini Carlo SA, from the Locarnese of Vini & Distillati Delea SA and from the Tre Valli (Lower Leventina, Blenio and Riviera) of Gialdi Vini SA.
