- Description
A delicately fruity rosé champagne from one of the oldest champagne houses
Delicately spiced and crisp aroma with the delicate aroma of ripe wild strawberries, a pronounced tart, fruity body and refreshing acidity in the long finish.
Made with the traditional Méthode Champenoise.
In 1794, Jean-Remy Moët purchased the former monastery at Hautvillers, where the monk Dom Pérignon had refined the technology of champagne production. Moët was soon exporting to European countries and the United States. The house has the largest chalk cellars in Épernay.
