One of the best non-vintage champagnes
Ripe and spicy fruity nose, apples, pears, peaches, walnuts and delicate notes of brioches. Very complex and dense on the palate, strong, articulate and elegant, lively with a fine perlage. The finish is very long and aromatic.
For the base wine only the first pressing is used. Aging in wooden barrels, maturation for at least three years.
Most of the Spécial Cuvée is made up of reserve wines, some of which age five to fifteen years in magnums.

Bollinger has always stood out not only for the champagne of high quality , but also for its reputation for ethics and genuine tradition . Also, contrary to many others who now belong to large corporations, the house was and is independent and self-determined in the family property.
