ORGANIC VEGAN WINE
Erick de Sousa produces fine champagne from wines from 8.5 hectares of land. It is at home in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and most of the vineyards have Grand Cru status. Two-thirds of the vines are more than 40 years old. Gradually they are converting to biodynamic cultivation.
