It is processed by the charmat method and aged 6 months in autoclaves.

We want to take you to our land, to the village of Lambrusco tradition. The winery was founded-as is evident on each of our labels-in 1910, by great-grandfather Oreste in Correggio, in the heart of Emilia. More than 100 years of history that have seen every change in the world of wine, particularly Lambrusco, which is experiencing a renaissance in recent years. Our winery wanted to make it a wine of excellence, expertly processing it through the Metodo Classico, which has always been a family passion.

Among the international awards, very important, Wine Spectator includes our historic Emilian winery among the 100 best in Italy, rewarding, after years of research and oenological experimentation, our “Metodo Classico Rosso Millesimato.”
