- Description
Labrusca rosso is a sparkling red wine from Lini 910, made with 85% lambrusco and 15% ancellotta salami.
It is elaborated with the Charmat method and aged 3/4 months in autoclave.
We want to take you to our land, to the village of the Lambrusco tradition. The winery was founded – as can be seen on each of our labels – in 1910, by great-grandfather Oreste in Correggio, in the heart of Emilia. More than 100 years of history that have seen every change in the world of wine, in particular Lambrusco, which in recent years is experiencing a rebirth. Our winery wanted to make a wine of excellence, wisely elaborating it through the Classic Method, which has always been a family passion.
Among the very important international awards, Wine Spectator places our historic Emilian winery among the 100 best in Italy by rewarding, after years of wine research and experimentation, our “Classic Red Millesimato Method”.
