House de Sousa’s prestigious champagne.
Grapes come only from the highest positions in the house. Caudalie is the tail, from whose length you can measure the champagne finish.
Complex, intense aroma of ripe lemons and apples, hazelnuts, batter and brioche. Slightly smoky components. Pleasant, elegant sparkling wine, medium-strong structure with dry finish, very aromatic.
Prestigious champagne from 60-year-old vines. 100% chardonnay. Aged for ten months in old wooden barrels. Double battonage, bottled unfiltered.
ORGANIC VEGAN WINE
Erick de Sousa produces fine champagne from wines from 8.5 hectares of land. It is at home in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and most of the vineyards have Grand Cru status. Two-thirds of the vines are more than 40 years old. Gradually they are converting to biodynamic cultivation.
