3 A means Avize, Ay, Ambonnay.
These are the three locations in the Grand Cru village where the grapes for this fine and very dry champagne come from.
On the nose, aromas of exotic fruits and dark berries in addition to the classic buttery note. Freshness and minerality are found on the palate, very balanced. It finishes velvety smooth.
A champagne composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. The grapes are pressed together, half of the wine matures in wood and half in steel tanks.

ORGANIC VEGAN WINE
Erick de Sousa produces fine champagne from wines from 8.5 hectares of land. It is at home in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and most of the vineyards have Grand Cru status. Two-thirds of the vines are more than 40 years old. Gradually they are converting to biodynamic cultivation.
