Zero dosage for this cuvée that expresses the aromatic citrus power typical of our Côte des Blancs Chardonnays.
Fine and persistent perlage.
Golden yellow.
Aroma with aromas of yeast and bread, followed by hints of honey anddried fruit .
Fresh, mineral, with citrus notes that dampen those of vegetables anddried fruits . Very persistent.
We are fortunate in Champagne de la Renaissance to have our vineyard located mainly in grand cru, prestigious terroirs with good exposure.
Michel Bernard a nature-respecting winemaker, works the vine and wine with passion as he does.
Our vineyard, located in the countries known as “la côte des blancs” classified Grand Cru, allows us to produce most of our cuvées.
