An artisanal rosé gin made by hand using a complex process. The different botanicals are macerated and distilled separately, and finally bottled in a perfectly coordinated manner.

First, typical gin botanicals (juniper berries, cardamom, grains of paradise, pink peppercorns, iris, coriander) are macerated together in neutral sugar beet alcohol before distillation. At the same time, thyme, basil, fennel, eucalyptus, mint , fresh rose peels are added Grapefruit and fresh grapefruit are macerated and distilled separately, finally the 8 different distillates are blended to achieve a perfect balance, just like in great wines.
