One of the best non-vintage champagnes
Ripe fruity and spicy nose, apples, pears, peaches, nuts and delicate brioche notes. Very complex and dense on the palate, strong, articulate and elegant, lively with fine perlage. The finish is very long and aromatic.
Only the first pressing is used for the base wine. Aged in wooden barrels, matured for at least three years.
Most of the Spécial Cuvée is made up of reserve wines, some of which age five to fifteen years in magnums.

Bollinger has always stood not only for high-quality champagne, but also for its reputation for ethics and genuine tradition. Moreover, unlike many others who now belong to large corporations, the house was and is independent and self-determined in family ownership.
