An aromatic rosé, perfectly balanced and intense, of great elegance and finesse.
Intense, fresh and fruity nose with aromas of red fruits and ripe cherries. Floral notes with a hint of dried fruit. Very complex on the palate, spicy and multi-layered, elegant with a fine perlage. Pronounced body and silky structure with a long lasting foam. The finish is long and perfectly balanced.
Made like the Spécial Cuvée. For the rosé a further 5-6% of red wine is added. The grapes come almost exclusively from their own Grand Cru locations in Ay and Verzenay. Aging in wooden barrels, maturation for at least three years .
Awards: Wine Spectator 93 points and Robert Parker 91 points
Bollinger has always stood out not only for the champagne of high quality , but also for its reputation for ethics and genuine tradition . Also, contrary to many others who now belong to large corporations, the house was and is independent and self-determined in the family property.
