- Description
An aromatic, perfectly balanced and intense rosé of great elegance and finesse.
Intense, fresh and fruity nose with aromas of red fruits and ripe cherries. Floral notes with a hint of dried fruit. On the palate very complex, spicy and multilayered, elegant with fine perlage. Pronounced body and silky texture with a long-lasting froth. The finish is long and perfectly balanced.
Made as the Spécial Cuvée. For rosé, an additional 5-6% red wine is added. Grapes come almost exclusively from its Grand Cru sites of Ay and Verzenay. Aged in wooden barrels, matured for at least three years.
