The well-deserved good reputation of the Billecart-Salmon company, founded in 1818, is due to various vintage and vintage champagnes that have their origins around Épernay, in the heart of Champagne. Here, in the regions of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs, various grape varieties grow side by side. Mathieur Roland-Billecart boasts as the seventh generation of the company’s management team, supported by a team of specialists – consisting of his uncle, his father, the managing director Alexandre Bader, the cellar master François Domi and the vineyard manager Denis Blée.
