- Description
Sweet, complex wine characterized by candied fruit aromas, vanilla and floral notes.
The dried grapes are gently destemmed. It is then soft-pressed and the resulting must is clarified by decanting. The resulting must ferments at a controlled temperature in small French oak barrels.
Color: yellow with vivid green highlights
Nose: complex and elegant marked by sweet hints of flowers and fruit. Quince, acacia blossom, apricots in syrup, persimmon, candied fruit, custard and rosehip.
Taste: elegant and structured, with a great balance of flavors and sensations; hints of cashew, marzipan, papaya, prickly pear, strawberry tree, and raisins mingle. Honey aftertaste of balsamic essences.
His race to success is destined to perpetuate under the banner of a full, absolute and even stubborn devotion to the land.

Rosazzo is a testament to this.Today the estate boasts a hillside spread in the Collio and Colli Orientali del Friuli of more than 160 hectares of property, 155 of which are vineyards.
