It is the noblest wine of Friuli

Its origins are still shrouded in mystery, and it is only since 1750, thanks to the writings of Count Fabio Asquini, that we can have precise documentation of the “nectar produced by the sparse grapes of the cluster.”
In fact, the peculiarity of this curious and delicate vine is the partial fertilization of the flower, which results in the growth of very few and very concentrated berries per cluster.
A complex wine with an old gold color, it harmonizes sweet and sour sensations, releasing an enveloping aroma of candied fruit, vanilla and wild flowers. Historically a wine of the great European nobility, it is considered a “meditation wine” of great prestige.Acknowledgements:

Color: deep golden yellow

Nose: very complex, captivating and with sweet sensations that evolve over time. Calla lily flowers, white rose, ginger, date, quince jam, trifle, raisins, dried figs, tangerine, nashi, white cherry. In the goblet, during tasting, pronounced sensory perceptions derived from the infavor are evident.

Taste: rich, full, satisfying and persistent. Fruity sensations of apricot in syrup and yellow peach, creamy cream and crème brûlée that fade into an elegant savoriness and an aftertaste of vanilla ice cream mingle on the attack, reminiscent of honeycomb.
