Made from only chardonnay grapes, hand-selected from the sunniest vineyards and fermented for half of the cuvée in one- to two-year-old barrels, Its flavor profile is complex and persuasive with intense, clean aromas of ripe fruit, with tones of citrus, white flowers and herbs. In order not to disperse the tenuous froth, it is recommended to pour it into the glass in two stages: its fine, almost creamy perlage will thus release on the palate a dense texture of flavors and notes of softness reminiscent of silk.

Aging: 20 months on the lees in classic method

A vineyard raised in a given soil and climate context certainly generates a wine that possesses, within itself, the capacity and strength to tell its own story.
It tells its own story by itself, without the need for singers, and also speaks a bit about the passion and love of those who gave birth to it.
And the “singing” of these wines cannot bore.
