Pupazza Extra Dry from Santero’s 958 line is a limited-edition sparkling wine whose packaging was entirely designed by artist Eleonora De Giuseppe, known worldwide for her dreamy-psychedelic creations.

It is an extra dry sparkling wine made from white grape varieties.The sparkling process involves fermentation, once the must has been filtered, followed by a sparkling process using the charmat method.

It presents itself to the eye with a pale, almost pale straw-yellow color.Its fine, persistent perlage and freshness nonetheless give it a certain liveliness on the palate.It is, after all, a sparkling wine whose sweetness is counterbalanced by a distinct aromaticity, predominantly floral in character: from acacia flowers, to elderberry, to musk.
