Clear and bright, its pale straw yellow color is
enlivened by a minute, prolonged perlage. The nose gets
hints of yellow apple and acacia flowers come through clearly, in the mouth
is crisp and dry, while its freshness lends elegance and
thickness to the structure of the wine.
Grape variety: Glera (min. 85%) and other white grape varieties from the
territory (max. 15%).
Geographic location: hills of Valdobbiadene – Conegliano.
Harvest period: September.
Vinification: blank, that is, in the absence of the skins at the
controlled temperature of 16 °C; frothing by slow re-fermentation in large, closed vessels at 14 to 15 °C.

Pairings: excellent aperitif, ideal for occasions
of festivity; it goes well with vegetable dishes,
white meats and to mild cheeses. Excellent with specialties of
fish, such as raw langoustines.
